User Agreement
The basic deal between you and Snikus. Last updated July 2026.
Your account
You need to be old enough to legally hold an account in your country and give us accurate signup info. You're responsible for what happens under your account — keep your password to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else has gotten into it.
What you post
You keep ownership of everything you post — updates, startup info, comments, images. By posting it, you're giving Snikus permission to display it on the platform (and in previews/notifications about it) — that's it, we're not claiming ownership or selling it to anyone. You're responsible for having the right to post what you post, and it still has to follow the Snikus Rules.
Rankings & scoring
Rankings, scores, and badges are computed from platform activity using a formula that can change as the platform evolves. We aim to keep it merit-based and manipulation-resistant, but a score is a reflection of activity on Snikus specifically — not an external guarantee of a startup's real-world value or success.
No warranty
Snikus is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise the platform is always available, bug-free, or permanent. Back up anything you can't afford to lose elsewhere too.
Suspension & termination
Break the Snikus Rules and we can restrict or remove your account, per the enforcement approach described there. You can also delete your own account any time from Settings — that removes your posts, comments, and startup permanently.
Changes to this agreement
If we make a meaningful change to this agreement or the Privacy Policy, we'll update the date at the top of the relevant page. Continuing to use Snikus after a change means you accept the update.
