Privacy Policy
Plain language, no legalese we wouldn't say to your face. Last updated July 2026.
What we collect
Only what's needed to run the platform:
How we use it
To run your feed, your rank, and your notifications — and nothing beyond that. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with advertisers. The only outside parties involved are the ones keeping the lights on: our hosting provider and, if you upload a profile photo, ordinary server storage for that image.
Cookies & sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it — no ad-tracking cookies, no cross-site trackers. If you have dark mode set, that preference is remembered locally in your browser.
Your controls
Under Settings → Preferences, you can hide your profile from Explore & Search, mute everyday like/comment notifications, and turn off team invites — at any time, with no explanation needed.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your posts, comments, startup, and profile — this can't be undone. We keep the anonymous feedback you give us when you leave (your reason for going, not tied back to your account) purely to make the platform better for the next person.
